Throughout his career, Maan has led major organizational transformation, digitalization, talent, culture, shared services, and business-performance agendas. His experience spans healthcare, FMCG, building materials, oil & gas, paper and packaging, and waste management, giving him a broad perspective on people, organizations, and sustainable business growth.

Maan currently serves as an Independent Board Member and Executive Committee Member at the Higher Institute for Paper and Industrial Technologies (HIPIT). He brings extensive governance and Nomination & Remuneration Committee experience, including previous NRC Secretary roles at MEPCO Group and Alsafwa Cement Company.
