Tonyell Somerville is a learning and development leader, hospitality culture expert, keynote speaker, and leadership coach with more than 30 years of global experience built from the restaurant floor up. She is the founder of Inspired 360, a people-first leadership and culture platform, and the creator of LEAD UNLEASHED, a frontline-leader activation framework drawn entirely from her lived experience in operations.

Her career spans the United States and the Gulf. She entered hospitality at seventeen and rose through operations into training and people leadership and today leads learning and development for a major multi-brand hospitality group operating more than 100 restaurant locations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, designing and delivering training that turns standards into culture across thousands of frontline team members.

Earlier in her career she served as Vice President of Training and as a Director of Training at Eagles Landing International Restaurants, where she helped open more than 30 restaurants across the United States, Qatar, and the UAE and guided teams through the disruption of the COVID-19 period. She spent sixteen years with IHOP Restaurants and has consulted independently with hospitality and service businesses since 2017.

Her approach is deliberately practical: culture over curriculum, and real-world tools over corporate theory. She develops leaders in the flow of the shift rather than only in the classroom, turning everyday operational moments into coaching, and frontline managers into leaders their teams genuinely want to follow.
